Reporting infringement

If you believe content on calcfunnel.com, or content a customer hosts through CalcFunnel, infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject “DMCA notice”, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to find it.
4. Your contact information: address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the content unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, can create liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
